Here is a 2008 photo of an early stage of the Totsukana shopping complex construction, on the west side of JR Totsuka station. It started being built after literal decades of negotiations. Before, it was a typical messy “shitamachi” type of neighborhood of shops & residences mixed together. I miss the way it was. π·π―π΅π·π»
