There’s an old kimono shop near my office, «Choujiya», which is 221 years old. Founded in Kansei 10 (寛政10年) or 1798, they opened the Toranomon shop in Meiji 35 (明治35年) or 1903. A real “shinise”. I bought a couple “tenugui” utility cloths there. 👘🇯🇵
